The Company’s principals are made up of a group of experienced oil and gas explorers and producers, with experience from successful ventures across North America and Australia.

+ Charles Morgan - Chairman

Mr Morgan is a resources and technology strategist who has successfully identified emerging international opportunities around the globe. His particular strengths include identifying early stage commercial opportunities, acquiring larges and strategic assets and positions, partnering with regional and technology experts, securing teams of appropriate executives and developing assets.

Mr Morgan is currently CHairman of Trasnerv Energy and Grand Gulf Energy.

+ Craig Burton - Director

Mr Burton is an experienced and active investor in start-up projects and businesses, both public listed and private. He has a track record of providing corporate and financial backing to successful technical teams.

Over the last 20 years he has co-founded numerous emerging companies, with a focus upon the resources, oil and gas, and mining services sectors.

In 2005 Mr Burton joined Mr Maio and Mr Morgan in acquiring and developing a large position in the Marcellus shale in Pennsylvania.

+ David Messina - Director

David Messina has been a key principal at Hutton Energy Plc since its establishment in 2009. Mr Messina oversees all aspects of group’s operations and manages the successful relationships with key industry players as well as European, national and local government. He has identified key partnerships to develop acreage across Europe and has a track record of raising substantial funding.

Mr Messina has over twenty years' multi-sector experience in the Energy, Oil and Gas and Agricultural industries, holding senior positions in executive management, strategic and business development. Having lived and worked in numerous countries he has acquired global management experience with both start-up and mature business, including five years in Eastern Europe where he successfully developed greenfield business in the Energy sector; OIl and Gas (Conventional, CBM, Shale) and renewables (biomass, biofuels and geothermal).
